We will accept refunds within 30 days of delivery. Full refund
if you are not satisfied. We are not responsible for error in
measurements therefore; if you are not sure have someone in the
industry help you with the measurements. Changes cannot be made
to the finished garment. If alterations have been made to the
standard size, we will then withhold a $75 cancellation fee.
Thereafter, cancellations will be subject to a $75 cancellation
fee. All cancellations will only be accepted in writing only. |

Please have your completed order form ready for easy reference while
placing your order. Order forms are available on our website by
downloading the PDF file. Please mail in your order form along with
payment. Please make sure you sign the order form, this is a confirmation
that the size and measurements given are accurate.

Shipment
We normally ship our coats via Canada Post using Expedited Post service.
You can expect your delivery in Canada within 2-3 business days.
For shipping to the US allow 4-5 days. A tracking system is in place
to make sure your shipment arrives safely. Shipping charges are
based on Canada Posts rates at www.canadapost.ca |

Method of Payment
We accept cash, personal or certified cheque and money orders. Cheques
